What is your Return Policy?

We allow 14 days to return goods in original packaging with proof of purchase. All returns will be unused and in a re-saleable condition. You will be entitled to exchange the product or receive a credit note. 

We cannot however offer a return or refund on the following goods: 

  • Sanitary Products
  • Toilet Products
  • Bespoke ‘made-to-measure’ goods
  • Stairlifts
All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

VAT Relief

If you have a disability or long term illness you may be entitled to buy goods and services with VAT(Value added Tax) Relief. In essence in the UK we pay 20% tax on goods purchased. VAT relief allows you to purchase goods minus the 20% VAT. 

If you qualify for VAT Relief, we will ask you to complete a VAT relief form when you checkout. The document is confirmation that you qualify for VAT Relief and must be completed with the correct information.

If you would like further information about VAT Relief or would like to check if you qualify then you should seek advice from HMRC Notice 701/7 VAT. 

How Much is Delivery?

We offer free delivery within a 15-mile radius of CB21 4SX on all orders over £50. 

Deliveries over a 15-mile radius will incur an £80 delivery fee that includes engineer delivery, setup, and product demonstration.
