Delivery Costs

Orders over £80.00 can take advantage of our free shipping, whilst orders under £80.00 incur a £4.95 delivery charge.

Equipment Deliveries

Mobility equipment such as scooters, powerchairs, riser recliners and beds benefit from the following:

  • Within 20 miles of our showroom – FREE

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Although our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days, expected delivery dates will vary depending on the location of the items ordered and customer location.

Due to the nature of our industry, most items available across our website are held in UK warehouses by the manufacturers or suppliers. Unless an engineer is needed to help set up your item at home, your order will be dispatched directly to you from the manufacturer or supplier once the order has been processed.

If you require an engineer delivery, we will request the item to be sent to our store first, in which we prepare your order in-store and contact you regarding your preferred choice of delivery date,

For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order. As we do not hold stock, payments may be cancelled and refunded if we cannot fulfil the order. A member of our team will reach out to you if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Returns

Online Sales

At Three Counties Mobility we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee on online sales ONLY. Please note we will not accept any returns without prior notice, please contact us via e-mail at Info@threecountiesmobility.co.uk before sending the goods back to obtain authorisation.

Goods MUST be returned in the condition they were sold, including any packaging provided, and unused. DO NOT RETURN any product without a valid returns number as it will be rejected and returned at your expense.

Goods have to be returned in their original boxes and packaging, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will not accept any poorly boxed goods or goods damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all products are boxed and fit for transport. We are not responsible for any damage caused in transit via a third party courier or delivery service. We reserve the right to refuse any such delivery. Until you the buyer return the products to us they are your responsible for taking care of them, we cannot accept returns in poor or damaged condition. On return, a proof of postage must be obtained and it is the buyers’ responsibility to use a courier and suitable insurance for returns. Lost goods in transit cannot be refunded by Three Counties Mobility.

All Goods must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery.

We reserve the right to charge for labour or subsequent loss to Three Counties Mobility for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition.

If you do not return the products complete (parts missing, damaged or used) we may take steps to recover them from you and to recover our costs of doing so by deducting those costs from the refund of the price or return the product to you.

In-store Sales

For in-store sales, we are only able to offer customers credit notes within 14 days of the sale transaction, and cannot accept returns/refunds on the products mentioned under ‘Non-returnable Products‘ (See full ‘Terms and Conditions’).

Goods MUST be returned in the condition they were sold, including any packaging provided. Any product showing signs of use/wear can not be accepted as a return and no credit note will be given.

Credit notes cannot be issued on any made-to-order product such as rise and recliners, adjustable beds, ramp and stairlift installations, or any other bespoke special order product.
